When applied right it has a good hold. Not the best but it does the job. Also I have seen substantial growth
it does hold up the day you use it. I thought this was going to give my edges a nice little golden sheen. Instead it gave my edges a white cast. I didn't notice flaking. But I did notice that this didn't hold anywhere near 48 hours. No smell.
